Gianni und Giovanna Gallia sind die Gründer des Resorts. Heute sind sie weiterhin eine Quelle der Inspiration für alle Mitarbeiter.
Als weitgereiste und erfahrene Manager haben eine raffinierte und gleichzeitig familiäre Atmosphäre geschaffen.
Die Erben Valeria und Gianluigi, die bereits auf langjährige Erfahrungen zurückblicken können, treten in die Fußstapfen ihrer Eltern und fördern mit ihrer persönlichen Note eine internationale und zeitgemäße Unternehmenskultur.

Das Flaggschiff des Resorts: das Team.

Keine Automatisierung kann den menschlichen Faktor ersetzen. Menschen sind wichtig.
Das Team des Lantana Resorts besteht aus leidenschaftlichen Profis mit einer langen Karriere im Lantana.
Sie verhalten sich stets aufmerksam und zuvorkommend gegenüber den Gästen und identifizieren sich mit dem unternehmerischen Projekt des Lantana Resorts, dessen Werte sie teilen, um gemeinsam die Herausforderungen der kommenden Jahre anzugehen.

Ein herzlicher Empfang. Fabio, der Direktor des Resorts, überwacht die täglichen Aktivitäten.
Eine ständige präsente Instanz, die auf die Privatsphäre der Gäste achtet. Zusammen mit seiner rechten Hand, Lisa, und dem gesamten Team sorgt er dafür, dass die Gäste ihren Traumurlaub erhalten.

Sonst in seiner Kochwerkstatt verborgen, zeigt sich Küchenchef Lorenzo anlässlich von gastronomischen Veranstaltungen, die bei den Gästen sehr beliebt sind, gelegentlich in der Öffentlichkeit.
Der Maitre und das Kellnerteam des Restaurants stellen Ihnen gerne die Menüauswahl von Lorenzo vor…..Sie werden am Ende jedes Gericht probieren!

Eine Person, die unseren Gästen am Herzen liegt, ist Christian, der Barkeeper: Dank seiner Professionalität können Sie die besten Cocktails genießen, und er steht immer zu Ihrer Verfügung, wenn Sie sich in unserer Bar entspannen möchten.

Simona, die Wirtschafterin, ist ein weiterer Bezugspunkt für alle Mitarbeiterinnen der Abteilung Housekeeping, die sich jeden Tag mit großem Engagement der Reinigung und der Dekoration des Resorts widmen.

Simone ist unser Bademeister. Ganz oben bei den Bewertungen unserer Gäste für die Qualität und Klarheit des Poolwassers.

Die exotischen Farben und die Düfte des Gartens sind das Verdienst von Venanzio, einem passionierten und erfahrenen Gärtner, der aufgrund der langjährigen Karriere im Lantana eine besondere Erwähnung verdient.
