Das Lantana Resort bietet seinen Gästen die Möglichkeit, das Angebot mit Halbpension zu wählen, um die besten Gerichte der lokalen und der italienischen Tradition in der vertraulichen und entspannten Atmosphäre des Resorts zu genießen.

Das Restaurant des Lantana befindet sich in der zentralen Anlage gegenüber dem Pool und verfügt sowohl über einen Innenraum als auch über eine Außenterrasse mit Blick auf den Pool und den Garten. Am Abend wird ein À-la-carte-Menü angeboten, das sich durch die Verwendung von möglichst regionalen Zutaten ausgezeichneter Qualität auszeichnet, wobei sowohl Gerichte mit Meeresfrüchten als auch solche mit Produkten des Landes angeboten werden, die den Geschmack der sardischen und der italienischen Küche hervorheben.

In den Monaten Juli und August organisiert das Restaurant verschiedene gastronomische Themenabende, die oft mit Shows und Musik kombiniert werden. Am meisten schätzen unsere Gäste dabei das typische sardische Abendessen, den Vollmondabend mit Weinprobe, an dem die besten Weinkeller der Insel beteiligt sind, und die reichhaltigen Grillabende mit Fleisch und Fisch, sowie natürlich das mit Spannung erwartete Abendessen zu Ferragosto.

Um den Bedürfnissen aller Gäste gerecht zu werden, bietet das Restaurant des Lantana auf Anfrage auch spezielle Menüs bei Unverträglichkeiten oder besonderen Ernährungsgewohnheiten (vegetarisch, vegan, glutenfrei usw.) an. Klicken Sie hier, um die Details zu erfahren.

Die Küche ist täglich von 20:00 bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet und das Restaurant steht auch Kunden außerhalb des Resorts zur Verfügung.
Mit dem „Take-away“-Service können Sie das Abendessen auch bis 13:00 Uhr bestellen und ab 19:30 Uhr abholen, um es gemütlich in Ihrem Apartment oder unter dem Sternenhimmel auf der privaten Terrasse zu genießen.

Am Pool befindet sich auch die Bar des Resorts, ein ruhiger Ort, an dem Sie einen Aperitif genießen oder nach dem Abendessen bei einem Digestiv entspannen können. Tagsüber steht die Bar den Gästen auch für eine Snack-Pause oder ein leichtes Mittagessen mit kalten Gerichten, Brötchen und Salaten zur Verfügung.
